User Responsibilities

When you're part of Jyron Name, you agree to use our platform responsibly. That means no sharing of login credentials, no attempting to access restricted areas, and no uploading malicious code or content. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Prohibited Activities

• Distributing course materials or proprietary content without permission
• Using our platform for any commercial purposes beyond your personal learning
• Interfering with other students' learning experiences or platform functionality
• Attempting to reverse engineer our educational tools or software
• Posting offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content in community spaces
• Misrepresenting your identity or creating multiple accounts

Violations of these rules can result in account suspension or termination without refund. We'll typically warn you first, but serious violations might lead to immediate action.

Intellectual Property Rights

Everything on this platform – from course content to software tools – belongs to Jyron Name or our licensed partners. You're getting access to learn, not ownership rights. That includes video lectures, written tutorials, code examples, and any custom tools we've built.

When you create projects using our educational materials, you own what you build. But you can't repackage our teaching content and sell it as your own course. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use our materials for learning purposes during your enrollment and a reasonable period after for review.

If you share your work in our community spaces or submit it as part of course requirements, you're giving us permission to display it as an example (with credit to you) in educational contexts. We won't sell your projects or use them commercially without separate agreement.

Payment and Refund Policy

Course fees are posted clearly on our website and must be paid before accessing premium content. We accept payments through secure channels and will provide receipts for all transactions. Prices may change for future course offerings, but your enrollment price is locked once you register.

Refund Conditions

We offer a 14-day refund window from your enrollment date. If the course doesn't match what you expected or circumstances change, contact us within this period. After 14 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances like medical emergencies or technical issues on our end that prevented access.

Refunds aren't available if you've completed more than 40% of course content or violated our terms of use. Processing refunds typically takes 7-10 business days depending on your payment method.

Privacy and Data Collection

We collect information necessary to provide educational services – your name, contact details, learning progress, and technical data about how you use our platform. This helps us improve course delivery and provide support. We don't sell your personal information to third parties.

Your project submissions and community posts may be visible to other enrolled students unless marked private. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jyron Name isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. This includes lost profits, data loss, or missed opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific course in question. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under Georgian consumer protection laws where applicable.

We're not responsible for third-party content, external links, or tools you might use in conjunction with our courses. If we recommend software or resources, you use them at your own discretion.

Course Modifications and Cancellations

Sometimes we need to adjust course content, schedules, or formats based on technological changes, enrollment numbers, or instructor availability. We'll notify enrolled students of significant changes at least two weeks in advance when possible.

If we cancel a course before it starts, you'll receive a full refund. If we need to cancel mid-course due to unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a prorated refund for incomplete content or the option to transfer to the next available session.

We might update course materials during active sessions to correct errors or add relevant new information. Minor updates happen without notice, while major restructuring will be communicated to enrolled students.

Communication and Support

By enrolling, you consent to receiving educational communications from us – course updates, technical announcements, and relevant program information sent to the email you provided. You can opt out of promotional messages but will still receive essential service-related communications.

We provide support through designated channels outlined in your course materials. Response times vary based on inquiry complexity, but we aim to address technical issues within 48 hours during business days. Educational questions are typically handled through community forums and periodic instructor sessions.

Termination Rights

You can stop using our services anytime, though you'll remain bound by these terms for actions taken during your enrollment. We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or your account shows signs of unauthorized access.

Upon termination, your right to access course materials ends, though you can retain personal projects you created using our educational resources. Sections of these terms that reasonably should survive termination – like intellectual property provisions and liability limitations – remain in effect.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Georgian law. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If we can't resolve disagreements directly, you agree to the jurisdiction of courts in Batumi, Georgia for legal proceedings.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision doesn't constitute a waiver of that right.

Changes to Terms

We review and update these terms periodically as our services evolve. When we make changes, we'll post the updated version here with a new "Last Updated" date. For significant changes affecting your rights, we'll send email notification to active users.

Continuing to use Jyron Name after terms are updated means you accept the modified agreement. If you don't agree with changes, you should discontinue use and may be eligible for a prorated refund of any prepaid services under our standard refund policy.
